Preheating Oil Furnace Instructions:

Step 1:
Fill the fuel tank completely with oil and connect the oil pump to ensure a steady flow of oil.
Note: Ensure that the fuel level remains below the maximum fuel line to prevent overfilling.

Step 2:
For a bottle that is half full, apply pressure to the pump 10 to 20 times. If the bottle is full, increase the pressure application to 40 to 50 times. Continue pumping until you experience noticeable resistance.

Step 3:
Avoid overfilling with preheated oil. When the absorbent cotton becomes damp (approximately 5ml of oil), turn off the switch. If the temperature falls below 5 degrees Celsius, drain double the usual amount of oil (10-15ml).

Step 4:
Check the oil pipe and pump for any potential leaks. If a leak is found, ensure that it is repaired before further use. Once the system has been warmed up adequately, you can unscrew the valve to return to normal operation.
